Sarah Brinton 
Associate General Counsel, BambooHR

Sarah Brinton is BambooHR's Associate General Counsel and head compliance officer. She came to
BambooHR from Brigham Young University, where she was an attorney and the chief compliance officer.
She has lived in Utah, California, New York, Texas, Nevada, and Virginia/DC. She currently lives in Provo
with her husband and seven children, including 9mo twin girls, who are unbelievably cute. She is too tired
to have a dog or enjoy hiking. She likes watching True Crime shows, sleeping, and doing amateur standup
comedy.
