In this session we share the Valuation Acceleration Calculator (VAC), a powerful tool which identifies 3 Key Value Drivers for your business. You can then calculate how each of these value drivers directly impacts the future value of your business. We will calculate a high-level value of your business, a Salability Score, and you will learn the multiples used to value your business. We will ask the business owners to bring their laptops and we will share the VAC with them so we can show them how to use it and how they can make the calculations using the VAC. Presented by Rick Krebs, CPA.
