What is the refund policy?
Payment is refundable 24 hours prior to the class date with a written request for cancellation.
Applicants canceling after the 24-hour cancellation period will be charged for the class and no refunds will be given however the student can request a transfer to a different date if class size permits.

Identity Theft & Data Breach: The Cause & Effects in Real Estate & Insurance Fraud
This course satisfies Continuing Education Units for:
Insurance professionals - 3 Hours ETHICS
Real Estate professionals - 3 Hours CORE
The objective of this course is to provide Real Estate and Insurance professionals with an understanding of how large identity theft has become and the effects on their clients.
Students will learn:
What are the 6 types of Identity Theft
How thieves gather personal data
How identity theft affects present and future clients
How identity theft affects a business' bottom line
What is needed to protect clients, their business & themselves from identity theft
What are Risk Management and Red Flag Rule requirements and the liability of non-compliance and the importance of employee training. We will review the importance of a strong data security program to protect the integrity of data.
Continental breakfast will be served in the morning
