Description
Join the Sandy Area Chamber's Women in Business Network as we spend the afternoon at the Capitol and get the inside scoop on what's happening during the legislative session. Visit with your Sandy legislatures and women in the legislature, learn from local politicians, and grab lunch with old and new faces.
Agenda
9:30 am to 10 am: Arrive. Meet in State Office building (north building auditorium basement)
10- 11 am: Overview of how the process works, tours and meet with Sandy area legislators and advocates
11 - noon: Watch floor time in House and Senate
Noon - 1:50 pm: Lunch w/ legislatures and panel of female legislators discussing why they serve and their experience
